Online Blackjack Rules for New Comers

Like slots blackjack is also one of the simpler game among several online casino games, but it requires high degree of skill to win the game.

Players used to play against the dealer with the goal for beating dealer’s hand by getting the cards whose value total 21 or close to 21.

If two cards in a hand makes a total of 21, it is called Blackjack. Three cards with a value of 21 wins, but is not called Blackjack.

How to Play Blackjack?

The game of blackjack begins with the player taking the initiative. Make bets clicking on the chips. You can place minimun or maximum bet as per the table rules.

Click on deal after blacing the bet. Two cards each are dealt to both the player(cards with face up) and the dealer(one crad with face up and another with face down also called Hole Card).

Cards are having their traditional face value. Jacks, Queen and Kings are worth 10.

You can count Ace as either one point or 11, as per the requirements. it woths one pint at Hard Hand and 11 points at Soft Hand.

If the dealers or players hand includes two cards, one an Ace and any other card woth 10, which makes a total of 21. It is a Blackjack.

Once the cards have been dealt out, players could choose to hit, stand, double or split in the game.

Stand

if you are having two cards making a total close to 21, you do not have to take another card. go for the stand option and stay safe.

Hit

If you need to add more points to your hand, click on hit option. You will get another card from the dealer. Remember if you choose to hit and your hand value overshoot the 21 figure, you are busted (you lose).

Double

Double your bet. You hold a hand of valur 10 or 11, there is a good chance to get close to 21 if you hit for another card. Your origional bet gets doubled (2x).

If you hit an Ace or 10 you win the double money, but loose the same if don’t.

Split

It generally happens if two cards with same value are given. Player can split them into two hands. Suppose two queens are dealt. You can try your luck with each one as the first card of two hands. With the split equal wager is placed on the second hand.If you split on two aces, you can only hit once on each hand.

Here is an example of a split: Let us say the first hand reaches a value of 21 (Q, 8, 3) and the second holds a value of 19 (Q, 6, 3); the Dealer then plays their round and comes up with just 18 (10, 8). You win twice.

There may be a case when you hand and dealer hand values are same. This is a tie and also called a PUSH.

So You Win in Blackjack:

- When you gat a Blackjack (two cards making total of 21)

- Your hand is closer to 21 (but not exceed it) than dealers hand.

- Dealer is busted.
